The Francis Scott Key Boys & Girls Club is located at Francis Scott Key Elementary School in Indianapolis. Membership costs $10.00 and is open to Indianapolis kids who are students attending Francis Scott Key Elementary School, IPS #103. The club meets Monday through Friday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. during the Indianapolis school year.
