The Crackers Comedy Club is such a popular Indianapolis attraction that they had to open up two Indy locations, one in the Broad Ripple Village sector and the other in downtown Indianapolis. Both neighborhoods make up the bulk of the six distinct cultural districts in Indianapolis.
The Crackers Comedy Club Downtown has a nice, smallish facility where every seat gets a good view of the stage. Tickets for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays are between $8 and 10, and Fridays and Saturdays from $13 to $18. There is a two-item minimum charge for every person, added to the bill. All but preferred seats are first-come, first served. Indianapolis nightlife was never so affordable.

Crackers Comedy Club Downtown produces a “Last Comic Standing” night Wednesdays through Saturdays, similar to the one on television. Comedy lovers are all very familiar, of course, with the vast variety of comedy offered on the tube. But they know there is simply no substitute for live comedy, and that they will be sure to find it in the Indianapolis comedy clubs.
Famous comics who have appeared at the Crackers Comedy Club, among others, are Ellen DeGeneres, Rosie O’Donnell, Jeff Foxworthy and Tim Allen. Indianapolis is lucky to have these great clubs available. Apparently, Hoosiers love humor!
