- Indoor Swimming Pool: The heated indoor swimming pool at Northeast Fitness is maintained crystal clear at a luxurious 86 degrees. The maximum depth is just four feet, but it’s an ample, six-lane pool perfect for laps or water-walking.
- Strength Training Center: Within its 1,600 square feet of all-business, mirror-lined magnificence are two tons of free weights, bench and leg presses, dumbbells and hammer equipment.
- Cardio Center: Watch your favorite Indianapolis sports, news or satellite television shows as you work the treads, bikes, stairs, elipticals and rowing machines in the Northeast Fitness Cardio Center.
- Resistance Training Area: Brand new and upgraded Nautilus equipment galore fills this Cybex room. Get the benefit of technology for the quickest results.
