The restaurant’s claim to fame is its fine Tandoori dishes, which is fine Northern Indian cuisine. “Tandoori” means clay oven, a method of cooking that is typically heated by charcoal or wood fire, and allows the food to cook with live-fire, radiant hear, hot air and convection methods. Many of the dishes are outrageously spicy, but customers can request a meal to be made mild, medium, hot or extra hot.
