It always is. Southern Bar-B-Que, after all, is famous for a reason. At GT South’s, their award-winning baby back ribs are glazed with a hickory-smoked barbecue sauce that is the definition of the term. One such favorite is the Pulled Pork Sandwich, smoked, tender pork piled high on a big bun and smothered in mouthwatering barbecue sauce. You can get it on a platter too, also piled high, also delectable.
