2009 Indy Jazz Fest Lineup Announced

The Indy Jazz Fest, perhaps one of the most popular festivals in Indianapolis, has recently released the distinguished and talented lineup for the 2009 iteration. The Indianapolis festival takes place over five days in September, from Tuesday the 22nd to Sunday the 27th. In addition, this year’s festival will feature a special opening concert on Sunday, September 19 by the Joshua Redman Trio in Clowes Memorial Hall at Butler University.

The 2009 festival will consist of over 30 Indianapolis bands and artists playing all around the city in six different Indianapolis music venues, big and small. It’s one of the most popular things to do in Indianapolis, and this year’s festival can’t be missed.
