Indianapolis residents ice skating at the Pepsi Coliseum

After all the leaf raking is done, why not take some time for family exercise and fun at the Indiana State Fairgrounds? From October to April the Pepsi Coliseum will be open to the public for ice skating. Indianapolis kids and parents will enjoy this family friendly activity.

The Indiana State Fairgrounds, located 1202 E 38th Street, is easy to reach from downtown Indianapolis as well as Broad Ripple and the Butler University campus. The Pepsi Coliseum ice skating rink is open for public skating sessions on most days and it is affordable for Indianapolis families on a budget.  Kids twelve and under get in of $3, kids thirteen and up get in for $4, with skate rental at $2 to $3. Non-skating adults get in free. On special Friday nights a Fresh Idea card from Indianapolis business, Marsh will gain a family of four entrance and skate rentals for only $12.

Ice Skating and hockey have always been an Indianapolis attraction and both are great things to do in Indianapolis. Whether you enjoy leisurely skating around the rink or if you like watching the Indianapolis sports team the Indiana Ice skate to victory, your whole family will enjoy skating in the Pepsi Coliseum.
