Bravo Italian Kitchen Restaurant is a popular chain that maintains a delicious presence throughout the Midwest as well as many locations in the North and South United States. In Indiana, there are three Bravo locales, and all are judiciously placed around the state capital, Indianapolis, close to the I-465 freeway that encircles the Circle City.
Hoosiers love this Indianapolis restaurant just as much as all its other fans do. Part of the reason for Bravo’s widespread success is the variety of choices on the menu. It’s all made to order, all authentic and there are seasonal specials as well.
The atmosphere is what they call a “fun, family-friendly Roman ruin decor.” Ignore the “ruin” part, it’s quite nice, though casual, with white tablecloths galore.
Bravo Italian Kitchen Restaurant menus are nicely organized into Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Children’s and Dessert lists, with a separate menu for “Large Pans To-Go.” Each menu includes an impressive array of options that may take you a while to read through. Each dish is intriguing, so if you take your time, you won’t regret it.
Just to give you the tip of the iceberg, dinner at the Bravo might include the Calamari appetizer with a rich Lobster Bisque, followed by one of the house specialties, such as Veal Marsala or Chianti-Braised Beef Ravioli, and finishing with a warm Torta Di Cioccolata topped off with the house vanilla bean gelato.
The “Large Pans To-go” menu at Bravo’s contains a long list of delectable dishes to take home for parties or other large gatherings. Choose from items such as the Pasta Bravo, the Spaghettini and Meatballs and the Shrimp Fra Diavolo Campanelle. Pick ‘em up, take ‘em home and watch everybody get happy.
