19th Annual Indiana Motorcycle Exposition
The 19th Annual Indiana Motorcycle Expo is hog heaven for motorcycle enthusiasts. Crowds are expected to flock to the Indiana State Fairgrounds from all over for this wild Indianapolis convention. The 19th Annual Indiana Motorcycle Expo offers a lot of excitement jam packed into four short days. If you are just starting out in the world of motorcycles, check out the ABATE Motorcycle Classes. These seminars offer all the info beginners (and pros) need to ride the roads straddling a fast piece of metal. Find out from the experts at ABATE about hazards, riding gear, obstacles, weather and insurance. Got a permit and looking to go legal? ABATE is also offering an indoor skills test for new riders trying to get their license.
At the Bikers Showcase Bike Contest, riders from across the United States put their hogs to the will of the people to settle once and for all who has the prettiest (and fastest) pig. Then head over to the Fashion Showcase by Hardee’s Thickburger where runway models sport the latest biker fashions.
Motorcycle lovers will salivate over the Vintage Motorcycle Display. This collection of bikes has bikes from as early as the 1900′s. Marvel at the history of motorcycles in America, as you see the tangible changes from year to year in this beautiful display. Don’t forget to bring your little motorcycle lovers too! The Tiny Tots Test Track is specially designed for Indianapolis kids to cut their teeth on biking safely. Also for kids: ABATE’s “Children’s Motorcycle Adventure.” See Cindy Paul’s article on the 19th Annual Indiana Motorcycle Exposition for more details.
