Crackers Comedy Club in Indianapolis downtown welcomes comedian Claude Stuart to the stage March 3 through 5. Stuart is a master jokester offering a unique brand of observations on life combined with physical humor. Catch him in Indy downtown this week. Tickets range from $10.00 to $20.00. Show times are as early as 8:00 pm to as late as 10:30 pm.
Claude Stuart makes his way to Indianapolis from his home town in Mississippi. He travels the United States with his wise cracking routine, making audience laugh in his wake. He knew comedy was the job for him after winning “The Funniest Person in SMU Contest” in 1995. Though people have told Stuart time and again that SMU actually stands from Southern Methodist University, he refuses to believe its stands for anything other than “Sex, Money and Underwear.”
For the past twelve years, Stuart has made a successful living passing his funny bone around. From comedy clubs to colleges to casinos to private parties and military bases, Stuart has played virtually every type of crowd. Whether he finds himself on stage in a sold out theatre with thousands of cheering fans or a back wood bar with honkey tonk patron, Stuart prides himself on making literally anybody laugh. By constantly giving 100%, Stuart can connect with anybody and everybody.
Stuart has performed in numerous USO and AFE tours; his efforts to make the troops laugh help them to forget, even momentarily, the horror with which they are faced day in and day out. You may recognize Stuart from his collection of television appearances including national campaigns fro Doritos, Honda, Heneiken, Jeep Cherokee, Grapenuts and Midol. In addition, Stuart worked for HBO’s hit show “Dennis Miller Live!” for three seasons.

He has appeared on sitcoms such as “That 70s Show,” “Scrubs,” “The Best Damn Sports Show, Period!,” “Last Comic Standing II,” “Yo Momma!,” “Oblivious,” “Talk Soup,” “Beverly Hills 90210″ and “Comics Unleashed.” His feature film credits include Starship Troopers, Man on the Moon and Fifteen Minutes of Fame. In addition, he has his own hit series on the Comedy Time network titled “Dick Nobody.” He is also a favorite of “The Bob and Tom Show” heard in Indianapolis on WFBQ.
With brash honest humor, Claude Stuart cuts to the quick with hilarious one liners. His show is filled to the brim with energy as he tackles a variety of subjects from growing up in the South to dating and everything else. His physical timing is totally unexpected, giving him the ability to make you laugh when you least expect it. He has been described as a human cartoon on stage, and likens himself to Beaker from the Muppets. His shameless comedy makes him a must see in Indianapolis this week.
