Hilltop Fitness asks an important question of all Indianapolis health enthusiasts: “Did you know that working out can have more benefits than just personal fitness?”
Here’s a fitness program that not only offers an inexpensive way to work out, but also gives portion of proceeds to global organizations. Hilltop Fitness offers a reasonable alternative to pricey gym memberships. And with 50 percent of income being donated to a charitable cause, there is reason beyond personal fitness to work out.
During 2010, half of the income generated will be donated to two organizations, Mission of Hope, which provides ongoing Haiti relief efforts, and International Justice Mission, a human rights agency. In the month of January alone, over $255 was given to each ministry.
Rather than paying a monthly fee, participants are asked to pay a per-class fee or purchase a punch card. Prices for classes range from $2 to $4 a class, much cheaper than alternative fitness classes. Current class options include Zumba, Turbo Kick, PiYo and Total Body Toning.
Hilltop Fitness is located at Northview Church in Carmel, at the corner of Hazel Dell Parkway and 131st/Main Street, at 12900 Hazel Dell Parkway. Carmel is an Indianapolis suburb just north of the Circle City in Central Indiana.
Hilltop Sports Women’s Fitness maintains an outreach ministry in conjunction with the Northview Church programs, one of greater metropolitan Indy‘s active non-profit and charitable organizations. Their slogan is “Connecting people with God … Connecting people with people.”
Schedules, prices and contact information can be found at the Northview Church website or by contacting Michele McKay at email@example.com.
