Going Green Festival Educates Hoosiers on Environment

These days green is more than just a color you wear on St. Patrick’s Day, it is a way of life. The Indiana State Museum is attempting to educate Hoosiers about the important decision to “go green” with their Going Green Festival on Friday, March 19, 2010. Admission to this Indianapolis event is included with the price of admission to the museum. Indianapolis school and home school groups will be charged $1.00 per Indianapolis kid, but reservations are required for this exciting Indianapolis education event.

Do you believe it is important to take steps to save the earth, but just aren’t sure how to go about it? The Going Green Festival at the Indiana State Museum offers an embarrassment free opportunity to learn all about what it takes to go green. From reducing your carbon footprint to supporting local business and local farmers, the Indiana State Museum offers an entire day full of information to help you help Mother Earth.
