There was a significant decrease of 28.4 percent in the total number of homes sold in Warren Township in February, 2010 compared to the previous month. However, this was offset by a reciprocal increase in the total number of pending sales, with 107 slated for February versus just 77 for January. At 96 percent, the sold-list differential was up slightly from January’s average of 95 percent and up 4 percent from last February’s average of 92 percent.
