Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (July 23-26)

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway comes to life for the second time this Summer for Indianapolis sports with the Brickyard 400 July 23 to 26, 2010. Practice starts Friday, July 23, 2010. Qualifications Day take over Saturday, July 24 with Race Day on Sunday, July 25. Tickets Friday are $10.00, Saturday are $15.00. Race Day tickets start at $40.00 and range to $150.00. This Indianapolis event West of Indianapolis downtown takes over Speedway, Indiana all weekend. Race fans won’t want to miss the 2010 Brickyard 400 line up, with tons of cool activities, celebrities and more. Friday, July 23, 2010 – Chevy Day at the Brickyard/ Practice

  • 8:00 am – Public Gates Open
  • 8:30 am – Wristband Distribution for Autograph Session with Ryan Newman – Chevy Display; Chevy Ride and Drive Begins
  • 10:00 am – Pros vs. GI Joes NASCAR Driver/ Troop Tournament at Plaza Stage; Autograph Session with Miss Spring Cup at Chevy Display
  • 10:30 am – Autograph Session with USAC Drivers Brian Clauson and Levi Jones at Chevy Display
  • 11:00 am – Q&A with James McMurray
  • 11:15 am – Q&A with Clint Bowyer
  • 11:30 am – Q&A with Jeff Borton; Live Music by Indianapolis band Cooke and Belle at the Plaza Stage
  • 11:45 am – Q&A with Ryan Newman
  • Noon – Q&A with Juan Pablo Montoya; Autograph session with Ryan Newman
  • 12:15 am – Q&A with Jeff Gordon
  • 12:30 am – Q&A with Tony Stewart
  • 1:00 pm – Live music by Bridgette Tatum
  • 1:45 pm – Autograph Session with SPEED announcers Rutledge Wood, Wendy Venturini, John Roberts and Kyle Petty
  • 2-3 pm – Brickyard 400 Practice
  • 3:00 pm- Live music by Cook and Belle

Saturday, July 24, 2010 – Qualifications Day

  • 10:10 am – Brickyard Qualifying (Two Laps, All Positions)
  • Noon – Live Music by Luke Bryan
  • 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm – Autograph Session with Greg Biffle, Clint Bowyer, Bobby Labonte, Joey Logano, David Ragan, David Reutimann, Elliott Sadler (must bring recyclable can or plastic bottle to get autograph)
  • 1:15 pm – 1:45 pm – Autograph Session with Brickyard 400 Official Artist Erwin Dazelle
  • 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Brickyard 400 Practice
  • 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm – Brickyard 400 Practice

Sunday, July 25, 2010 – Race Day

  • 10:00 am – Q&A with Dale Earnhardt Jr.; Brickyard Beach Bash Begins; Family Fun Area Opens
  • 10:30 am – Q&A with Jimmie Johnson

  • 12:30 pm – Driver Introductions
  • 1:00 pm – Brickyard 400 (160 Laps)
