Indianapolis is Most Affordable City to Buy a Home, Says CNNMoney

Indianapolis has made CNNMoney’s 2012 top-10 list of “Most affordable U.S. cities to buy a home”.  But not only did Indy make the list, it topped the list, coming in at the #1 spot based on a variety of factors, including mortgage rates, median income and home prices. Coming in at the #2 and #3 spots were runners-up Dayton, Ohio and Lakeland, Florida. Other cities to make the list were Modesto California, Grand Rapids Michigan, Buffalo, N.Y., Ogden Utah, Syracuse, N.Y., Akron, Ohio and Cincinnati.
