Benjamin Harrison Presidential Home Permanent Exhibits

Bustles to Ballots – Votes for Women was one of the most dynamic issues of President Benjamin Harrison’s time in office. This exhibit is displayed in the home’s Carriage House, and features a collection of memorabilia on the theme of women’s suffrage.
China Painting and Watercolors by Caroline Harrison – Very popular among Indianapolis art fans, this is a lovely collection of Caroline Scott Harrison’s detailed floral painting.
Guided Tours – Every 30 minutes, visitors can enjoy the guided tours at the Benjamin Harrison Home. The duration of each tour is about 60 minutes, and you’ll be able to take in ten magnificent museum rooms in the house, including, usually, the ballroom on the third floor.
Harrison Home Photograph Collection – This grouping consists of the Harrison Home’s high-quality, digital copies of Harrison family portraits from that historic era. You’ll find everything from vintage photos of grandchildren to some of Benjamin Harrison’s funeral.
President Benjamin Harrison Research Library – This important presidential library collection consists of newspapers, periodicals, pamphlets, photographs, microfilms, manuscripts, genealogy records, books and miscellaneous artifacts and memorabilia
