|Craig Park Greenwood – For the perfect quiet place to spend an afternoon or evening, visit Craig Park. This 27 acre park has several grills and picnic locations for a nice outdoor meal.|
|Garfield Park – Just south of downtown Indianapolis, Garfield Park has the distinction of being the oldest in all of Indianapolis. This fine natural space is made up of nearly 130 acres and offers a long, venerable list of amenities, such as an outdoor pool and aquatic park, tennis courts, a softball diamond and a community center. Don’t miss Garfield Park’s Conservatory and Sunken Gardens when you visit.|
|Perry Park – Fun, fun and more fun can be found a Perry Park. The facility has a huge pool, an ice skating rink and tons of outdoor lounge and play space. Perry Park has unique experiences to offer Hoosiers throughout all four seasons.|
|Northwestway Park – A 135,000 aquatic center keeps Hoosiers coming back to Northwestway Park. The whole family can enjoy this huge water park, or many of the park’s other amenities, like adult exercise areas, soccer fields, and the 18 hole golf course.|
|Southwestway Park – Here’s where a lot of the Southside Indianapolis children go to play team sports. Southwestway park, the second largest in Indy, offers six soccer fields and three baseball diamonds, plus a working concession stand during sports seasons. There are big plans in the offing to make an aquatic center there, supplementing the extensive greater Indianapolis hiking and biking trails and a nice playground area.|
|Westside Park – Outdoor trails at Westside Park are perfect if you’re the outdoor type, because the nature trails here are simply breathtaking.
