Ballet Hispanico Performs

Acclaimed dance company Ballet Hispanico is making their way around the United States, and this week they are in Indianapolis all the way from the Big Apple. You can catch them at Clowes Memorial Hall on Butler University’s campus this Saturday, October 10 at 8:00 pm. Tickets range from $20.00 to $35.00.

Ballet Hispanico is a New York based dance company dedicated to the preservation of Latin dance cultural. Since its inception, Ballet Hispanico has roused audiences worldwide with its magnetic energy and elegant choreography. Under the artistic direction of the newly appointed Eduardo Vilaro, the 13 members of Ballet Hispanico perform works by the foremost Latino choreographers of our time as well as those of emerging artists. Their fusion of Latin dance with elements of classical and contemporary forms creates a new sphere of theatrical and passionate concert dance you won’t want to miss.
